Does my painting come framed? No. This would add to the weight and the cost to ship it, thus increasing the overall price. Plus, everyone’s taste can be different, and some may want it unframed. The edges are usually a continuation of the painting, wrapped around the sides.
How do you ship? Canvases are wrapped in glassine paper, then inside a plastic bag, and finally protected by bubble wrap and foam board or extra cardboard on both sides inside the cardboard box. I typically ship orders out within 2 to 7 days after purchase. You will be emailed a tracking number.
What forms of payment do you accept? My site takes most major credit cards. If you have questions, please let me know.
Do you ship internationally? I do not currently. I hope to soon.
How to care for your painting My paintings come varnished unless otherwise noted. Please do not place the painting in the full sun as the colors will fade over time. A damp location is also not a good space for any painting. Please do not use any liquids to clean the painting as that could irrevocably harm it.
Return Policy Returns are allowed within the first two weeks of delivery. Please contact me if you will be returning a painting. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping and it must return in the same condition it was sent. If you receive a painting damaged in transit, please contact me immediately.
